Cast4ME
Cast4ME
is an easy-to-use IPTV server for Windows, allowing you to send TV
signals from TV tuners connected to your PC, through the network to
multiple client devices. Cast4ME runs on Windows XP or higher. Channels
can be streamed over HTTP, DLNA, UDP, UDP Multicast or RTP.
Clients watching video streams can be on Windows, Linux, Android, iOS
etc, or devices like Smart TVs or Blu-Ray players.
Cast4ME has advanced multiple-streams-per-digital-device capabilties,
allowing it to be streaming multiple channel all while using only a
single digital TV tuner. Making full use of this capability, countries
like UK, Australia, New Zealand and many other European countries can
setup a full IPTV system, rebroadcasting all your channels with only a
small number of TV tuners.

is a popular free personal video recorder application for Microsoft
Windows, making it easy to watch or record live tv, and provides great
features like season recordings, web scheduling, playing of music,video
an image files, XBMC integration etc.
NextPVR's
interface is presented as a "10 foot UI", designed to be driven by a
remote control, from the couch across the room, providing a great home
theatre experience.
NextPVR supports a wide
range of digital tuners including DVB-S/S2, DVB-T/T2, DVB-C, DMB-T,
ATSC and QAM. NextPVR also supports specialist component/HDMI capture
devices (like the Hauppauge HDPVR, HDPVR2 and Colossus), and
Copy-Freely devices (like the Hauppauge DCR-2650 and HDHomeRun Prime).
NextPVR supports all broadcast codec's including: MPEG-2 and H.264
video, and MPEG1 Layer II, AC3, E-AC3, AAC, HE-AAC audio

Capture is an easy-to-use application for recording digital television
broadcasts, which has become a popular transport stream capture tool
for those in the TV industry. It enables you to capture a full
broadcast transport stream containing multiple channels, or capture a
single channel from within that broadcast.
TS
Capture is compatible with all major digital televsion standards in use
world-wide, including ATSC, QAM, DVB-T/T2, DVB-S/S2, DVB-C and DMB-T.
TS Capture will work with any device that has BDA drivers, and has been
tested with a wide variety of devices from popular manufactures like
Hauppauge, BlackGold, PCTV etc.
